I/ OBJECTIVES
By the end of the lesson, students can: look back the vocabulary, grammar, communication and do project related to the topic music and arts.
1. Knowledge:
a. Grammar : - Simple past,comparisions , expressing agreement : too and either .
b. Lexical items : - Vocab: Lexical items related to the topic "Music and Arts"
c. Pronunciation:
2. Skills:
- Listening, Speaking, Reading,Writing and interactive skills
3. Attitude:
- Cooperation, respect, having right and friendly attitudes with friends, teachers in the new school
4. Quality and competence:
- Be confident and friendly with the new school environment
- Develope listening, speaking skills and cooperative interaction
II/ TEACHING AIDS (MATERIALS)
1.Teacher’s preparation:
- Lesson plan, Pictures, posters ,textbook,CD-MP3(Computer-Multi projector/cassette/ “sách mềm”) and other materials
2.Students’ preparation: -Textbook, notebook, school things.

- T gives out the posters of columns A and B
? Go to the board and match the words in column A with the one in column B.
- Teacher monitors and gets feedbacck.

II. Activities.

2. Put a word from the box in each gap to complete the passage.(P46)
? Run through the words in the box.
? Read the text carefully, then work in pairs to put a word from the box in each gap to complete the passage.
- Teacher checks and confirms the correct answers.
- Have some students read the passage.
III-GRAMMAR
3. Put the words/ phrases from the box in the gaps to complete the sentences.(P46)
? Run through all the words in the box.
? Work individualy to put the words/ phrases from the box in the gap to complete the sentences.
? Compare the answers with your partner.
- Call on some Ss to give the answers
4. Rewrite these sentences, using the words in brackets. (p46)
? Work individually first to write the sentences.
? Then work in pairs to swaps your sentences.
- Teacher correction and call on some students to read the sentences aloud

5. Complete the following sentences, using “too” or “ either” (p46)
? How do we use too and either?
? Work independently to complete the sentences with too or either.
? Check your answers with your partner.
- Teacher gets feedback.
IV-COMMUNICATION
6. Match the questions 1-6 with the answers A-F. 9P46)
- Ss read the questions and answers once or twice. Then match them.
Ss work in pairs and role-play the questions and answers, then write all sentences in their notebooks.
Finish!
-Finally ask Ss to complete the self-assessment. Identify any weakness and provide further practice if necessary.
PROJECT
1. Ss work in groups. T tells them to look at the pictures and read the passage carefully. Explain words and anything difficult for Ss. Make sure they understand everything thoroughly.
2. Ss work independently. T encourages them to use their imaginations and make their own paintings. T helps Ss organise a painting shows among the class members. Write sentences to compare those paintings.
