I/ OBJECTIVES
By the end of the lesson, students can: listen and write a reply giving advice to someone with a health problem.

a. Grammar : - Talk about health issue and give advic e on healthy living .
- form compound sentences and use them correctly .
b. Lexical items : - Vocab: The lexical items related to the topic health issues

2. Skills:
- Listening, Speaking, Reading,Writing and interactive skills

- Cooperation, respect, having right and friendly attitudes with friends, teachers in the new school
4. Quality and competence:
- Be confident and friendly with the new school environment
- Develope listening, speaking skills and cooperative interaction

-T divides the class into pairs and asks them to discuss the questions.
2.Listen to the interview... (P23)
- Asks Ss to listen to the recording and circle the health problem they hear.
Ex3: T asks Ss to listen to the recording again and choose the right respond.
4.Are the following true or false.. (P23)
- Have Ss complete the task individually. T can ask an early finisher to come up to the board and write his/her answers on the board and the class can check them.
5.Discuss in group... (P23)
-T divides the class into groups and give them a time limit for discussion and feedback as a class.
IV.Writing
6. Look at Dr. Law’s advice page ... (P23)
-Asks if Ss remember who Dr. Dan is( He is a diet expert) .Then T asks Ss to read the questions and advice, then underline the different ways Dr. Dan gives advice. When the majority of the class has finished, T can correct the answers then discuss different ways to give advice.
7. Work in pairs... (P23)
- T divides Ss into A and B then put them in pairs. T asks one student A to write a health problem on a piece of paper ( using the frompts from the book), T then asks Student A to pass the paper to Student B and Student B can write a response.
- Share their questions and responses with the class.
